    • 若還未繳交參展費用,亦請於現場一併繳交(現金/支票)。
    • 維護自身參展權益,請廠商踴躍派代表參加。不克前往者,大會將按原順位代為圈選攤位,參展廠商不得異議,現場領取資料將於一週內補寄發。

廠商展前說明會

為協助參展廠商瞭解本展示內容、圈選攤位,及分發參展工作證、邀請函等資料, 特於開展前約兩個月時間舉辦展前說明會,敬請各參展廠商踴躍參加。

一、會前準備:
1. 展前說明會通知(附回函)、會刊廣告邀稿通知。
2. 約兩週前以紙本專函寄送,恕不另行通知。
3. 請於時限內確實填妥回函(是否參加、人數)回傳,以利統計人數。

二、會議工作事項:
1. 廠商代表簽到,領取參展手冊、工作證、邀請函。
2. 參展須知及進出場相關規定說明。
3. 裝潢水電申請規定說明。
4. 會刊手冊廣告說明。
5. 各分區依序圈選攤位。
6. 臨時動議及其他事項。

三、工作識別證與邀請函發放:
1. 工作證說明:參展每攤位四張,每增加一攤位多兩張,
敬請各廠商自行書寫公司名稱或裝訂名片,展覽期間(含進退場)務必配戴本證。
2. 邀請函說明:參展每攤位限領200張,供各參展廠商郵寄給邀請對象,如數量不足可來電索取。
3. 工作證護套及掛帶,可於閉展後交至大會服務台回收。

四、其他事項:
1. 若未繳交參展費用,請於說明會現場繳交。
2. 若不克前往,將由大會依原順位代為圈選攤位(廠商不得異議);相關資料將於一週內另行補寄。
3. 其他未盡事宜,以大會公告為準。


Pre-exhibition orientation

To help the exhibitors learn about this exhibition, select the booths and distribute invitations and badges, the organizer will hold an exhibitors orientation about 2 month before the exhibition. We encourage all the exhibitors to participate.

I. Preparation before the orientation:

  1. Pre-exhibition orientation notice (with reply letter), exhibition publication advertisements invitations
  2. The notice and invitation will be sent in hardcopies two weeks prior to the orientation without other notices.
  3. Please fill out the reply letter (whether to attend, number of attendees) within the deadline and fax to 04-2328-2343 for attendance counting.

IIOrientation agenda:

  1. Sign-in by vendor representatives; exhibition handbooks, badges and invitations pickup.
  2. Exhibition instructions and booth setup and dismantling instructions.
  3. Explanation of power and water supplies application.
  4. Exhibition handbook advertisement introduction.
  5. Selection of booths based areas .
  6. Incidental motions and other discussions.

III. Badges and invitation letters distribution:

  1. Badges: 4 badges will be given to each booth with 2 more badges provided with one extra booth each. Please write on your  company’s name on the badge or bind it with your business card. Please wear the badge during the exhibition (including booth setup and dismantling).
  2. Invitation letters: 200 copies will be provided to each booth for mailing to the invitees. Exhibitors can request more invitation letters from the organizer if extra copies are needed.
  3. Please return the badges (with laces) to the service counter at the end of the exhibition.

VI. Miscellaneous:

  1. Please pay the exhibition fee on the day of the exhibitor orientation if you have not paid it yet.
  2. The organizer will pick the booths on behalf of the exhibitors who cannot attend the orientation and the exhibitors should not contend with it. The information will be sent to the exhibitors in one week.
  3. Matters not covered in this introduction shall be subject to the organizer’s announcements.
