2026 Tainan Autoshow

Tainan is a leading centre for the automotive and motorcycle parts industry in Taiwan, with a well-developed supply chain system. The region’s manufacturing excellence is evident in a wide range of products, from tyres, bumpers, and lighting fixtures to critical components such as chips and battery materials. Numerous long-established manufacturers are renowned for their precision engineering and flexible production capabilities, specialising in small-batch, diverse orders. In addition to supplying the domestic market, they occupy pivotal positions within the supply chains of major international automotive manufacturers. This underscores their status as a vital and influential Taiwanese entity within the global automotive industry.

In recent years, the Tainan City Government has proactively promoted the development of the exhibition and convention industry. The inauguration of the Greater Tainan Convention Centre demonstrates its commitment to establishing the city as a professional exhibition hub in southern Taiwan. With almost forty years of specialised expertise in both trade and consumer exhibitions, the Commercial Times has successfully organised three editions of the Tainan Motor Show, accumulating extensive practical experience. From 29 January to 1 February 2026, the ‘2026 Tainan Motor Show’ will be held for the first time, with the complete industry chain represented: new vehicles, heavy motorcycles, two-wheelers, automotive and motorcycle components, and peripheral accessories.

This exhibition will become southern Taiwan’s most significant annual automotive industry event, providing a platform for industry exchange and matchmaking. Its objectives are threefold: firstly, to strengthen local industrial momentum; secondly, to engage the public in understanding automotive industry trends; and thirdly, to drive comprehensive growth in regional economy and tourism.
