Cross-Industry Dialogue: Unlocking a Net-Zero Future” Forum will feature a series of dynamic events during the Taiwan Carbon Neutral & Sustainability Expo, including six professional forums that comprehensively focus on carbon neutrality technologies and sustainable development. Topics will cover renewable energy, smart energy storage, industrial energy efficiency, circular economy, green building materials, and carbon management. Renowned experts, academics, and industry leaders from around the world will share the latest breakthroughs and practical case studies. Open to the public free of charge, the forum offers a cross-industry exchange platform with interactive Q&A sessions and in-depth discussions, empowering participants to explore new opportunities in low-carbon transformation and collectively strive toward a net-zero future.

Coordinate Publicity and Media Plan

  1. Before the exhibition, to expose news release or web articles of the exhibition to announce the news message of the event activity, through the media including online ads, community ads, national NP media, online news, etc.
  2. To publish national NP special issue on the Commercial Times, contents related the theme of Green Industry, to achieve publicity effect. Also, the special issue newspaper will be given to visitors for free within the exhibition venue.
  3. Hold the grand opening ceremony: to invite the mayor of Tainan City, and invite VIPs of the ministers of government, VIPs from the fields of industry, VIPs from academia and research institution to participate in the ceremony.
  4. Organize “product technology presentations or seminars” related the topics of green industries.

Coordinate Publicity and Media Plan

If you can complete the application form of registration procedures before February 29, 2024, and then you can obtain the early bird discount. The description of dimension and equipment of each booth is as followings:

Standard booth:NT$ 39,000+5%, early bird Discount NT$ 34,000 +5%

The booth area is 9 square meters for each booth (3mx3m). Standard booth is with basic compartments & equipment including basic partitions, 3m × 3m carpet (80% new), 500 watt basic electricity power, one 110V socket wiring, one set of bilingual board of full company name, one cabinet-type reception desk, one reception chair, and 3 projection lamps.

Neatly Booth:NT$ 37,000+5%, early bird Discount NT$ 32,000 +5%

The booth area is 9 square meters for each booth (3mx3m). Neatly booth is only provided one 500 watt basic electricity power for each booth. You can choose the neatly booths, if you need to rent 4 booths (inclusive) or more.

Regarding the payment, after completely filling out the application form of registration, please open a check or make the remittance before June 1, 2022. We will send the attached file of invoice to you when we confirm the payment is received.

Exhibition Regulations

The exhibitors are required to comply with these exhibition regulations and rules.

  1.  The booths rented by exhibitors shall not be transferred privately to others without permission. But also the company could not participate in the exhibition under the company name (including the name of the sponsors) not applied for during registration. If there is any violation happened, the organizer will immediately withdraw the transferred booth and stop non-registered company from continuing to exhibit.
  2. The products displayed by the exhibitors must be related to the theme of this exhibition, otherwise they will be withdrawn from the exhibition, and the payment of exhibitor fee will not be refunded.
  3. If the exhibitor who has registered the application form, but he wants to withdraw from the exhibition after the date of pre-show briefing conference (subject to date announced by the organizer), the organizer will confiscate 1/2 of the exhibitor fee, and the balance will be refunded without interest.

Booth Allocation

  1. When the registration deadline or when the registration of booth is full, the organizer of the exhibition will design and organize the divisions according to the category of displayed products. During the pre-show briefing conference, the booth location will be circled according to the product category of exhibition areas (the booth circle should not cross the aisle.)
  2.  Those exhibitors who rented more many booths, they will have the priority to select the booths; if the number of booths is the same, the order of the booths will be determined according to the date of completion of registration.

Remark and Note

  • The booths rented by exhibitors shall not be transferred privately to others without permission. But also the company could not participate in the exhibition under the company name (including the name of the sponsors) not applied for during registration. If there is any violation happened, the organizer will immediately withdraw the transferred booth and stop non-registered company from continuing to exhibit.
  • If the exhibitor who has registered the application form, but he wants to withdraw from the exhibition after the date of pre-show briefing conference (subject to date announced by the organizer), the organizer will confiscate 1/2 of the exhibitor fee, and the balance will be refunded without interest.
  • The company agrees to participate in “2025 Taiwan Carbon Neutral & Sustainability Expo”, and abide by the general regulations for all of the exhibitors. If there is any violation of the provisions listed, the company is willing to pay all legal compensation liabilities.
